Light Pollution Act is classified into three ; decorative lighting, advertising lighting, street lighting in the outdoor lighting. It is focused on Post Evaluation such as illuminance in vertical plane(Ev) and Surface Luminace. For this reason, it is convenient to evaluate existing lightings. But in advance, light pollution impact is difficult to determine in the step of design and installation. And there are a certain limits to provide proper evidence about selection of compatible lights for improving and change. This paper is proposed to be able to evaluate pre-assessment toolkit for improving the defect about the post assessment. First, to target street lightings of outdoor lighting, it analyzed photometric data to reflect domestic conditions and explain a method to develop domestic BUG program. |
