Building energy consumption is increased in the developed countries and domestic megacity day by day. To decrease CO2 for ESSD(Environmentally Sound and Sustainable Development), installation obligation system of new & renewable energy in public building is introduced in 2004, and building certification system of new & renewable energy in 2011. When considering application of new & renewable energy systems to tall and large buildings, there is no choice of new & renewable energy systems because of limited items. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the present status and problems of new & renewable energy installation institution, and is to propose the improvement plan of new & renewable energy installation institution. |
