| 요약2 | Building energy performance assessment tools such as ECO2 and BESS used for the implementation of energy policy were developed on the basis of the calculation algorithms specified in ISO 13790 monthly method. Although the algorithms are applicable, the accuracy depends on the technical data factors including utilisation factors required for the calculation. Utilization factors used in current tools have never been verified. This study is to assess the applicability of the utilisation factors and to identify the error ranges against the results of detailed simulation program, Energy Plus. The analysis results show the error ranges from 12.16% to 117.86% for the cooling load and 9.86% to 97.26% for the heating load depending on the thermal property, climate and orientations. |
