요약2 This study is performed to select appropriate fan for use stagnant air in gap between double window and double window. The axial fan have blades that force air to move parallel to the shaft, but the tangential fan is drawn in over the entire length of the fan impeller. As the ADPI(Air Diffusion Performance Index) of axial fan is 0.33 and ADPI of tangential fan is 0.67, the tangential fan from the point of view of ADPI is superior than axial fan. From the point view of the noise level, the axial fan is more silent than tangential fan. Therefore, the appropriate fan selection is considered by winter heating, summer cooling load and resident noise sensitivity.
