Commissioning is a process for achieving, verifying, and documenting the performance of buildings to meet the operational needs. Similar other construction policies such as CM, green building certification, PQ etc. are regulated by legally but the commissioning process is not. Many engineers work in public or private sectors agree it will be promoted if it is regulated by raws or enforcement ordinances. So, in this study, several amendments are suggested to promote the commissioning process in the both fields of public and private construction. |
