For the regression analysis, unit households in national housing scale (area of 85m2) were selected. Design variables with inadequate influence on the energy reduction rate were assigned as fixed variables, and main design variables as independent variables. 7,200 different case configurations were arranged and when computed, the coefficient of determination (R*2) was approximately 90%. To further validate the regression equation, ten existing unit households from the central region with preliminary certifications were chosen. The results indicated that the regression equation modeling error rate ranged from a min. of 1.5% to a max. of 7.0%, reducing the error rate to 10% or less. Therefore, this study proposes the use of the regression equation to predict the energy reduction rate and energy efficiency target rating. |
