This study has evaluated energy efficiency grade, by applying low energy architecture technology factors on a base model. Applied low energy architecture technology factors are 'High efficient lighting, Daylighting control, Reduction of window ratio and Air conditioning system'. Evaluation is done not by analyzing each factors, but applying accumulated technology factors, in order to reduce energy and improve energy efficiency grade. In addition, the payback period of the initial investment costs was calculated by simplified LCC analysis, and review the low energy renovation for an exisiting office building effectiveness. |
