요약2 |
As concerns about the environmental impacts have increased, various fields of industries have tried to provide a solution for the environment problems. Especially, a field of building is widely known as the major industry of the environment issues, so many efforts to conserve the environment have been made so far. As a part of the efforts, Korea Green Building Council(KGBC) developed Korea Green Building Certification Criteria(KGBCC) in 2002. According to the report of the Green Building Certification Institute in 2009, however, 33% of the certified buildings in Korea comply with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design(LEED). The first step of this study is to compare three criteria, Indoor Environmental Quality, Innovation and Design process, and Regional Priority Credits in LEED with the counter-criteria in KGBCC. According to the results of the comparison, this study analyzes the rating criteria of KGBC and LEED. The suggestions provided at the last of this study are expected to contribute for the improvement of KGBCC. |
