| 요약2 | TAB(Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) processes are very common in building construction for matching the designed conditions and the actual conditions of mechanical systems. The TAB process can verify the performance of mechanical system and make a building efficiently in energy consumption. TAB processes are used in private sector usually due to the demand of owner for increasing the value of the building. However in public sector, such as a government office building and a public office building, TAB processes are seldom performed. Therefore the main reasons of low adoption of TAB process are investigated and some modifications of rules and laws are suggested. The most important factor to promote the TAB process is the concern and the responsibility of a public officer who is in charge of the building construction project. And also it should be regulated regally by government. If building certification programs such as the green building certification and the energy efficiency rating and certification of buildings adopt the TAB process then it will be spread out rapidly. |
