For realization of long-life flexible equipment technology, independent equipment technical skills are difficult to respond to plan flexibility required for long-life housing. We estimated that long-life equipment technology in the legal system is able to realize not as the introduction of element technology but as the integration of those. And we think that flexible element technology and design method which is suggested in this study are especially important as correlated supplementation and support technology. Therefore, we considered domestic and foreign theory about long-life housing, divided total flexible design element items that is required to design long-life housing and organized the design technique of architectural part in this study. Additionally, we performed preliminary research about equipment technology of long-life housing. Flexible element technology, system and design method of architectural part were matched with related items in long-life equipment and were arranged in order of priority. Consequently, we suggest equipment technology design and application which is able to satisfy application level of flexible equipment element technology in present architecture part. |
