| 요약2 | In Korea, building energy efficiency rating has been applied to the newly-built apartment building since 2001 and recently the application of this policy was extended to the newly-building office building. To invigorate this governmental policy, it is necessary to introduce the professional accreditation system for evaluation on the building energy efficiency rating. This study aims at deducing the running strategies of this professional accreditation system. In conclusions, we suggested the types of professional accreditation system and the roles of qualified professional were defined by considering the governmental building energy policies, the research trends in building energy efficiency rating of Korea, and the analysis results of professional accreditation system for evaluation on the building energy efficiency rating in UK. |
