요약2 Nowadays, it is a trend to save energy of the air-conditioning and heating that account for the most of building energy. In this study, to verify building energy saving amount when HRV system is applied, various national HRV products data were collected and applied to a Equest model of library building. The main variables were sensible and latent effectiveness of HRV system. Effectiveness value were from 70 to 90% for sensible and from 30 to 70% for latent. As a results, the entire energy consumption were decreased when HRV were applied, but cooling energy were increased within narrow limits. With effectiveness, the entire energy saving amount was related with sensible effectiveness rather than latent effectiveness.
