Korean government strongly promotes the low-consumption energy society through GREEN GROWTH because of global warming and climate change. According to a societal trend, many cities are developing a renewable energy such as wind power, water power, solar power. Also recently many people are interested in U-city and U-Eco city which deals with an environment and an ubiquitous technique. The purpose of this study is to improve present law or system for a construction of efficient U-Eco city by expert questionnaire. The subjects of questionnaire are the experts in connection with a field of city plan, energy, law system and IT. We searched the problem of present law or system for energy and the improvement by questionnaire. |
