요약2 In Korea, Economic growth and the industrialization result in the population concentration in the city and the apartment housing began to be constructed since 1970's. In recent years, There is a situation supplied the apartment houseing at the large quantity. The expansion of balcony has been legalized in apartment in 2006. The balcony space is physically a thermal buffer zone that connects the outside environment with the inside environment. However, because of balcony expnasion, the problem of the window surface condensation has been generated. Thus, The purpose of this study is to investigate occurrence of window condensation followed by indoor and outdoor temperature difference and by diffusion and retardation due to the factor of indoor vapor occurring about apartment units installed in window. This study proposes natural ventilative dual window for the condensation prevention. It is used to be simulated Window 5.2 and Therm 5.2, heat transfer analysis program of window element, of ESP-r 9.0 energy simulation program. Finally, Using analysis of simulation result, the goal of this study proposes optimum window desingn to prevent window condensation
