| 요약2 | In this study, we classified a home automation system into four categories according to its functions: indoor environment control system, security system, convenience system and information system. Also we conducted a questionnaire to find out the residents' preference for the classified system. The results show that residents have a preference for the indoor environment control system which has been excluded from the mainstream of the home automation system. For the effective control of indoor environment using a home automation system, each equipment of an indoor environment control system would rather be integrated than be operated independently. We framed the home automation system for the integrated control of the indoor environment. And, through the composition examples, we evaluated the applicability of the integrated control of the indoor environment based on the home automation system. |
