| 요약2 | During recent years, various studies have demonstrated that indoor chemical pollution causes health problem and also negatively affect healthy indoor environment by occupants. The furniture combined with various components such as wooden materials, adhesives, surface covering and paints emits the chemical compound at the indoor spaces. And It primarily influence the chemical concentrations such as formaldehyde and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).The measurements of individual products were performed in emission test chamber of 1m3 with ventilation rate of 1.0 ACH(air change rate) supplying low-polluting clean air to the test chamber system. During the test, chemicals emitted from furnitures set were analyzed. Also, the characteristics of chemical emission from the furniturs of which were made by both of E2 and E0 ranked wooden panels were compared. It is found that furniture stes are a significant source of chemical emissions in small indoor environments. The chemicals may affect a potential health hazard for the occupants. |
